(1) 5.5 LB, JUMP ROPE=> 2 SETS x 100 REPS= 200 JUMPS=REPS & 2 SETS x 60 REPS and 53 REPS= 113 JUMPS=REPS=> 313 JUMPS=REPS

[Goal: 5 Sets x 100 REPS Each=> 500 JUMPS=REPS]

(2) 5 Minute, CORE PLANK EXERCISE:

(a) 2 minute HOLDS x 2 sets= 4 Minutes and 1 minute x 1 set= 1 minute=> Total: 5 Minutes [1 minute rest between sets]

[Goal: 2 minute HOLDs x 3 sets= 6 Minutes]
